Description:: Based on the dates, the boy is more likely Lester Shaw rather than Romayne. Lester and Romayne were William and Josie Shaw's sons. Josie Shaw was Mertie Whitaker's sister and Mertie Whitaker became H. H. West's second wife in the 1920's.

It has a railing, three semi-circular, spoked decorative elements on the side of the building, a pitched, corrugated roof and a large dormer at top with seven windows.
